bi-Monthly or Quarterly?
Bi-monthly cleans are every two months while quarterly cleans are every three months. Bookings are made in advance and you’ll receive written notification of your next clean date on the bill.
Price Guide
We’ll generally agree on a fixed price for your regular visits upon signing up, but all bookings are subject to a £20 minimum charge and start from that point.* For additional work such as inside cleans, biological deep cleaning or any other time-consuming tasks taken on as extras, we’ll calculate a pro-rata hourly rate, and agree any further work beforehand based on your original regular cleaning price.
* Minimum charges apply as follows: £20 Bi-Monthly, £25 Quarterly, £80 for One-Off cleans, Gutter Clearing & Facia Washing is £95 each (up to the first hour) and then the pro rata rate is charged by the minute for any time over that.
Cleaning Guarantee
We operate a no-qibble Guarantee on all work; if for whatever reason the standard of work does not meet your expectations; we will offer to re-clean the problem areas free of charge. **
**subject to exceptions as follows: Blown sealed glass units (cloudy inside). Flaking window frames. Loose window putty. Damaged leadwork. Oxidised window frames. Excessive milking.
