Hard-Surface Sanitation (also informally known as Soft-washing) is basically an application of a bleaching agent and -or biocide solution designed specifically to sanitise and clean hard surfaces without the use of power washing.

package options
Option A: Basic Hypochlorite
Cleansing of surfaces with a high quality commercial strength bleaching surfactant. This will completely remove all traces of mould, lichen and green algae from cement, mortar, render, brickwork and stone. We do not offer a guarantee on these works, it’s simple, you pay for the work and the results are immediate. This is the low-cost option for situations like property staging, preparation of proabate property for marketing, and general improvement of the presentation of the premesis
Option AB: Hypochlorite+ DDAC/BAC
Treatment as above, with the additional application of targeted sanitation using very powerful commercial grade biocide surfactants. We include a 3 year warranty on the works against any re-growth of organic matter, we are that confident in the product and the process.
Option ABC: Hypochlorite+DDAC/BAC+Lifetime Application
Treatment as above, in addition to a re-occuring 3 year service contract to ensure that your hard surfaces always present brand new for as long as you wish.

Before commencing works, and agreeing to start we follow a strict process to ensure the safety of our clients, minimise impact to the environment and ensure the longevity of the cleaning process. We document this process and hand to you a document which you will need to read and understand that we have complied with the health & safety requirements of the products we are woking with, ensuring your saftey.
